The server use custom badges and custom pouches for the pokemon league. These pouches are used to stock your badges.

These recipes will create a completely new item. If you decide to craft these items without removing your badges in your pouch. You will loose them. If that's happen the staff can refuse to take action to give you back the badges losts in the process.
